How do I use one of your offer codes?
Our offer codes can be used for any of our Bespoke or Do It Yourself products.
• To use the offer code for our Bespoke products please insert your code on the order form when you
place your order. We will then reduce the price before invoicing you.
• To use the offer code for our Do It Yourself products please insert your code in the discount area
once you have added your item to your basket. The item price will then be reduced.

How do I prepare images for capture and send to myTRUessence?
1. Prepare your photos into number order that you need
2. Provide a list of this with your pictures
3. Decide if you want normal size (300 dpi) or to enlarge (greater dpi rate)
4. Complete our order from and submit and print and send this with your images
5. You post your images to myTRUessence
6. We receive your images, confirm receipt and turn them into jpg digital files
7. We send original images and a CD/DVD of your images back to you

Can I get a discount?
We offer discounts to affiliates and where packages are purchased i.e. Where you buy a number of
products and services from myTRUessence at one time. This is typically the case for weddings.
If you are likely to spend in excess of £350 with myTRUessence we will provide you with a free
design consultation - where a member of our design team will be happy to help you get the most
from your pictures. This will ideally take place prior to images being taken but can be after.
