Where we refer to; myTRUessence, 'we', 'our', 'us' - we refer to the partnership that forms myTRUessence.
When using myTRUessence you are not allowed to:
Upload, email, send to us or order items which contain or use any images or other material including text based annotations and comments, which contain
any of the following:
- Material which is defamatory of any person;
- Material which is pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive;
- Material which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
- Material that is likely to incite hatred or violence against any person or group;
- Material that is likely to deceive any person;
- Blasphemous material;
- Material which concerns or relates to any criminal act;
- Material the use or inclusion of which infringes any copyright, trademark, database or other intellectual property right of any third party;
- Material made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;
material which promotes any illegal activity as defined by English law;
- Material which is threatening, abusive or invades another’s privacy, causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
- Material which is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
- Material used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
- Material which gives the impression that it emanates from us, if this is not the case;
- Material that advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse;
- Material that breaches any applicable laws or legislation.
Although we prohibit the uploading of certain types of image to our websites, we cannot control, nor do we monitor the use of our websites. It is possible that images or other material may appear on our websites which are unlawful or offensive and contravene our restrictions on content set out above. We are not responsible for such images or material but if you become aware of any such images or material on our websites please contact us without delay.
We may at our discretion contact law enforcement authorities if we are made aware that anything unlawful is occurring or has occurred in relation to our websites including the uploading or emailing of any images in breach of the above restrictions on content.
We may provide copies of any relevant images or material to the law enforcement authorities and in that connection may also give them access to any
personal data that is held by us.
We may without notice and at our sole discretion delete or remove any image that has been uploaded, emailed or submitted to us. We may without notice
use some of the images provided to us by you for marketing purposes, by using our services you consent to this.
Although we take great care with your images, please remember to keep original copies of your own as we do not accept any liability for the loss or damage
of images sent to us or used by us.
We may refuse to provide any further services to anyone who breaches our terms of use.
You will indemnify us and our officers and employees against any action, claim, damages, liability, costs and expenses arising out of:
- Any use by you or your guests of our websites in breach of these terms,
- Any claim that the uploading, emailing or submitting in any format any images by you or on your behalf is an infringement of any third party's copyright,
trade mark or other intellectual property rights; or
- Any claim that the processing, printing or other dealing by us of any images uploaded or emailed by you or on your behalf is an infringement of any third party's copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights.
* You may not upload, email to us, request us to print, or otherwise deal in relation to our websites, with any images or other material where you do not have the right to do so or allow us to use such images or other material in accordance with these terms. For example, you may not take photos from another website or other publication and do anything with them unless you have obtained the permission from the owner of the relevant right.
- You agree to make payment for products and services within 30 days of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Operation of the website and associated services of myTRUessence:
- We may change the format and content of our websites (or any products or services offered by our websites) at any time.
- We may terminate or suspend the operation of our websites (or terminate or suspend provision of any products or services offered through our websites) for support or maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason. We may do this at any time and without notice.
- You are advised to keep back ups of all material provided to us. We will not be responsible for keeping backups or for the loss of, damage to, deletion or corruption of any images or any other material either provided to us in physical or uploaded formats.
- Although we aim to meet delivery time frames quoted, we cannot be held liable for any delays or any consequences of those delays.
- Although we try to match all printed colours of our items with the colours signed off in the digital proof we can not guarantee that colours will be exactly the same, due to the way colours are viewed on screen and colours that are used in print and due to the lamination used on the covers of some of our photobooks. We can not be held responsible for any variation of colours from proof to printed product.
Copyright
- For all designed activities we own the copyright to the design and the rights to reproduce the images provided to us. We reserve the right to use any images provided to us or products /designs created by us in wider advertising campaigns in any format.
- We do not allow any reproduction of designed elements without written consent from myTRUessence.
Questions, concerns or complaints:
- If you have any questions, concerns or complaints about material which appears on our websites, please contact us.
- Complaints or claims must be notified to us in writing Product or material causes for complaints must be made within 28 days of receipt of products, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time after the products were expected to arrive.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
1. This voucher is redeemable against full price purchases (excluding postage) made through http://www.mytruessence.com or http://mytruessence.easyphotobook.net.
2. To use your voucher code enter it at the checkout stage or on the order form.
3. If the transaction value is less than the voucher value then no change will be given.
4. Only one voucher can be redeemed in each transaction.
5. Vouchers may not be used in conjuction with any other promotional offer.
6. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. myTRUessence reserve the right to refuse any voucher which is deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, or otherwise damaged.
8. Vouchers will expire on it’s expiry date.
